Meet the HantsWight team
Andrew Prismall Andrew is passionate about HantsWight Searches having spent
all of his working life in the searches industry.He has managed a Land Charges Section for a major City Council, worked in management for a large national search company and started HantsWight from a self employed platform in 2005. Now that the company has a well managed and organised team, he can devote more of his time to promoting the firm to clients and dealing with the legal responsibilities of the company and handling the many changes being made in the industry from the pre-HIPs era, through HIPs and now post-HIPs. Outside work, Andrew loves most sports, especially football and cricket, reading, 1980's music, kayaking and walking George, the family dog. 
Selina brings a wealth of knowledge to HantsWight Searches which she has gained from
a variety of experiences within a very varied career based in and around Portsmouth.
From the early 80's, working as a Press and Publicity Assistant with the Mary Rose Trust, in role play as an itinerant farm worker at Manor Farm Country Park, gaining an Honors degree in Archaeology at Southampton University, working as Project Administrator on Submarine Trainers at BAE Systems, and various roles within local government to joining the newly formed HantsWight Searches Ltd as Office Manager in 2007. In her spare time Selina enjoys reading, walking, sailing, and taking part in a weekly pub quiz where her team frequently win top prizes of a six pack of beer, a multipack of chocolates or a bottle of cheap plonk. 
Sara is our Portsmouth girl; she comes from an administrative
background and is now our most qualified, senior search agent and team leader. Competent
and thorough, she leaves no avenue unturned, no road unexplored, in her quest to produce
top quality search reports for our clients.
She enjoys research and delving into local plans and resolving the occasional enigma. Since her romantic wedding last summer in Cyprus, she values spending time with her husband. She also enjoys being with and helping other members of her close knit family and supporting Pompey football team. Her hobbies are computer gaming and using her artistic talents for painting and knitting. 
Emeline
supplies an international flavor to the company; originally from Lille in France,
she is now a nationalised Briton. With excellent administrative skills, she was
initially recruited to assist Selina, she now schedules all of our local authority
bookings and places most of the orders for all the other products that we provide.
Her beautiful accent, sophistication and precision offer an additional level of refinement to the business. She is a talented linguist and anglophile whose home has been in Portsmouth for the past 9 years. She still misses her family however, and endeavors to visit them on a regular basis. |
